All we want is for you to have fantastic holiday. Trevor and Suzanne fell madly in love with 3 ancient farm buildings set in medieval farming hamlet which time had forgotten. No water, electricity or even proper road. These buildings are of such great interest that several archaeological investigations were made on site. Now completely renovated with mixture of antique and contemporary furniture Luxury holiday cottages offer perfect retreat to get away from hustle and bustle of everyday life.Yet we are only a stones throw away from the coast, Fowey Harbour and the restaurants of Fowey. Each of the three houses at Little Pinnock offer perfect self-catering accommodation with there own private gardens, lawns and space for you to enjoy, or kids to play. The rural setting and woods are the perfect place for kids to be kids. They can build dens, play in small stream and have their own Cornish adventure.Old House (Sleeps 6-8)Largest of the houses and renovated to a very high standard with under floor heating throughout. A wooden spiral staircase leads you down to 3 bedrooms (2 Double, 1 Twin), bathroom and wet room. The spacious bathroom has roll top bath and limestone floor with under floor heating. Situated in middle of hamlet Old House garden surrounds 3 sides of house with lawn leading down to small stream surrounded by large trees.Long House (Sleeps 5-7)Much longer in appearance and offers large open plan living area with high-beamed ceilings, wooden floors and under floor heating through out. It offers 3 bedrooms, 1 double, 1 twin and 1 single. The downstairs bathroom has large rainwater shower head above bath and utility cupboard that contains washer/dryer. There is car parking in front of house for 3 cars.Little Pinnock Pella House (Sleeps 4-6)Pella offers 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin. The large double, which is on ground floor has an en-suite bathroom with Victorian roll top bath. The twin bedroom can be found on first floor and has separate loo and shower room. It is perfect for catching the sun all day and watching the stars by night.For those who are somewhat quieter you may be fortunate enough to see wild dear and badger or watch Kestrels hover lazily above. We have often sat at edge of woods in evening with gin and tonic and watched badgers at play. For dog owners it is paradise. We have cleared pathways and interesting walks through woods and around large field so your dog can have all exercise it needs without leaving the grounds.Cornwall is packed full of things to do on beautiful sunny summer days, rainy summer days, Crisp chilly Autumn days, Frosty winters days, and bright and breezy Spring days. There are things for Dads, Mums, Grans, Granddads, Boys Girls and Pets. And the good thing about Fowey Cottages at Little Pinnock is that you are no more than a short distance away from, beaches, walks, fishing villages, pretty villages, fine pubs and restaurants serving good local produce, beautiful houses and gardens to explore, great theme parks, golf courses and lots and lots of other attractions.
