Normas de pagos: All Rates are in British Pounds.Bookings made within 8 weeks of your holiday date must be paid for in full and in advance of occupation of the property. For a booking made more than 8 weeks before your holiday starts we require a non-refundable deposit of one hundred and fifty pounds. Method of payment: Payments will be accepted by cheque in £ sterling drawn on UK bank accounts and bank transfer. We also offer the facility to be invoiced by PayPal. This incurs a charge to the owner. Therefore, a 3.5% charge will be made for all PayPal payments. When wishing to make PayPal payments please advise us via Email, letter or phone call of the amount you wish to be invoiced.
Normas de cancelación: If the hirer wishes to cancel the booking more than 8 weeks before the holiday, a full refund will be given (less £150 deposit). However, if that cancellation occurs for any reason once full payment is made and within 8 weeks of the start of your holiday, he / she should advise immediately by telephone or e-mail followed by a confirmatory letter. Upon receipt of such letter (but without any obligation to the hirer) the agents will attempt to obtain a replacement letting, and if such a letting is obtained, will then refund to the hirer any monies paid (less £150 deposit and up to 5% admin charge). If the agents are unable to re-let, then the owners shall be entitled to retain payments already made. We advise guests to arrange cancellation insurance with the insurer of your choice to cover such an eventuality.
Normas: Rates are subjected to change without prior notice. A full and detailed set of booking conditions will be sent along with a booking form. No contract will exhist between hirer and owners until hirer has been sent these conditions and returned booking form.
